Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a robust work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coffee bean suppliers.
Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop workplace
Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies
Develop and implement current coffee recipes and menu items
