THE ROLE
Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinating maintenance requests and follow-ups
Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
Assisting with leasing administration and tenant applications
Managing emails, phone enquiries and general client communication
Supporting lease renewals and tenancy documentation
Providing high-level administrative support to the Property Management team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in Property Management, Leasing or Real Estate Administration
Current QLD Registration Certificate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
