We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Nurse to join our team on a casual basis in Nowra, NSW. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing and Australian Health Practitioner Registration as a General Nurse. Speciality in Aged Care Nursing and experience as a Community Nurse are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assessing patients' health needs and developing care plans
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring patients' health and progress
Educating patients and their families about their conditions
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Australian Health Practitioner Registration as a General Nurse
Speciality in Aged Care Nursing
Experience as a Community Nurse is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
