As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of Kinder Lane. You will work closely with our educators, families and leadership team to ensure the centre continues to provide a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment for children.
Key responsibilities
Leading, supporting and developing our team of educators
Creating a positive, respectful and enjoyable workplace culture
Building strong and genuine relationships with children and families
Developing relationships with local schools, organisations and the wider community
Overseeing daily centre operations and staffing
Managing rosters, recruitment and staff performance
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
Supporting high-quality educational programs and outcomes
Managing enrolments and family engagement
Overseeing incidents, policies, procedures and compliance
About you
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience in a Centre Manager/Director, Assistant Director or senior leadership position
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Solid organisational and time-management skills
A genuine passion for children and early learning
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
A genuine interest in building relationships within the local community
