Who we are
South Bank Classic Fish & Chips opened in July, bringing a classic Aussie fish & chip shop to life with a modern twist, combining rapid, high-quality takeaway with relaxed dine-in service.
Located right by the beach, we've quickly built a loyal customer base and are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role will see you working across both customer service and kitchen operations while supporting the day to day running of the restaurant.
Flexible Hours | Trading Hours: 11am-8:30pm
What we're looking for
We're seeking a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Our ideal team member:
Leads from the front and delivers outstanding customer service
Enjoys coaching, supporting, and motivating others
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in food quality,
food safety, cleanliness and presentation
Is confident managing shift operations and solving problems on the go
Has experience in hospitality and a passion for developing others
Has flexible availability, including weekends
Supervisory or shift leading experience is preferred
RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) is essential
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
