The Fresh Collective is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Art Gallery of NSW team in Sydney. This full time role supports a busy, qualified hospitality group operating at iconic venues, including the Art Gallery of NSW.
Expect a Monday–Sunday roster with daytime shifts and the chance to contribute to gallery-inspired menus. You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold top standards in food production, presentation and cleanliness while engaging in menu changes from gallery
