Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are hiring a Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team on the Gold Coast. You will work alongside our Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations across outlets and events.
You will bring a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including events or premium dining. Weekend and diverse shifts required.
