InjuryCare is seeking an Executive & Administration Assistant to support the Medical Director and keep the clinic running smoothly. The role combines executive support with medical administration, including calendar management, document preparation and front-desk reception.
You will work closely with the clinical and administration teams and report to the Administration Manager. The position is based at our Chullora clinic on Thursdays and Fridays, with possible additional days as needs arise.
