Key Responsibilities
Prepareandcookhigh-qualitydisheswithinthedesignatedkitchensection
Assistwithmenudevelopmentandplanningusingseasonalandlocallysourcedingredients
Supervise,trainandsupportjuniorkitchenstaff
Maintainaclean,organisedandefficientkitchenenvironment
Ensurecompliancewithfoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacestandards
Monitorstocklevelsandassistwithorderingsupplieswhenrequired
WorkcloselywiththeHeadCheftomaintainconsistency,presentationandfoodquality
Contributetokitchenmeetingsanddiscussionsregardingmenuchanges,specialeventsandoperationalimprovements




Workeffectivelyinafast-paced,high-volumekitchenenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility
Recognisedculinaryqualificationfromanaccreditedinstitution
ProvenexperienceasaChefdePartieorinasimilarrolewithinahigh-volumekitchen
Strongknowledgeoffoodsafetyandhygienerequirements
Excellentculinaryandfoodpreparationskills
Passionforfood,creativityandcommitmenttoquality
Abilitytoworkefficientlyunderpressureandmanagemultipletasks
Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills
Abilitytosuperviseandmotivatejuniorkitchenteammembers
