About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick Packer / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating a forklift, picking and packing orders, and ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately across various temperature-controlled settings.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklift safely (loading/unloading stock)
Pick and pack orders accurately from order slips
Work across temperature-controlled zones (chilled, frozen & ambient)
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch
Receive and check incoming deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete paperwork
Follow all safety, OH&S;, and HACCP requirements
Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organised
Communicate effectively with team members and drivers
What We’re Looking For
Valid forklift licence (essential)
Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit (able to lift up to 12.5kg and stand for long periods)
Basic computer and numeracy skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to work in cold environments when required
