HammondCare, on behalf of Dementia Support Australia (DSA), is seeking a skilled Dementia Consultant based in Parramatta. You will apply biopsychosocial assessment approaches to support people living with dementia and those who care for them, delivering practical, non-pharmacological strategies.

This fixed-term contract until June 2028 offers hybrid work arrangements, solid training opportunities and a mission-driven culture within a not-for-profit, Christian foundation.
