The City of Canning is seeking a Permanent Full time Contracts & Facilities Officer to own and manage facilities service, maintenance and supply contracts from scoping and tendering through to performance reviews and renewals. You will advise managers, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, ensure safety and value for money, and monitor contractual obligations.
You will lead scoping, tender documentation, and evaluations while tracking KPI performance, renewals and budget impacts.
