Job Description

Queensland X-Ray in Brisbane Central is seeking several Patient Services Officers to join our essential services team. As a frontline member, you will provide top-notch booking services, answer calls, and help referrers and patients through the scheduling process.

You will use our RIS system to coordinate appointments, maximise efficiency, and ensure transparent information about preparation, costs, and requirements.
