Virtusa is seeking a QA Automation Lead to architect and implement a Playwright-based framework for ServiceNow automation and end-to-end testing. You will design modular scripts, handle agile UI elements, manage login state, and integrate API and UI validation into CI/CD pipelines.

Onsite leadership will coordinate with Architects, Functional Consultants, and Developers to ensure robust testing across upgrades and multi-role scenarios.
