Comlink Australia is seeking a Team Leader of In-Home Care to support frontline carers, coaching them, backing them and ensuring clients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

You’ll balance empathy with safety, handle complex situations, support recruitment and onboarding, performance, compliance and wellbeing, and keep the team connected and informed.

This is a hands-on leadership role with prospects to grow leadership capability and contribute to not-for-profit service delivery.
