West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa) is seeking a Payroll & Perks Officer to manage payroll processing and employee benefits, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field and at least two years in finance with robust Excel skills.

The position is full time and pays hourly between $26.09 and $35.40, with responsibilities including GAAP compliance and coordination with the collective agreement. Immediate start date preferred.
