HammondCare leads Dementia Support Australia (DSA), delivering national dementia support across hospital to aged care settings. We seek a Dementia Consultant to apply biopsychosocial approaches, implement non-pharmacological strategies, and support families and clinicians.

This fixed-term role until June 2028 is based at our Malvern office and involves travel across care settings to improve quality of life for people living with dementia.
