This full time (part-time available), contract role focuses on building robust relationships with host employers, driving strategic growth, and managing existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new host employer partnerships
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Represent Grow Employment at industry events and forums
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business development or account management
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently across regions
Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools
