Crommelins Machinery is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to grow our national buying groups, dealer networks and key account partnerships.

This is a high-impact role focused on developing strategic relationships, securing ranging opportunities, driving promotional programs, and delivering profitable sales growth across Australia.

What You'll Do
Manage and grow national key accounts and buying groups.
Develop current dealer and strategic partner relationships.
Drive product ranging and promotional prospects.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product launches.




Deliver product training and customer support.
Represent Crommelins at trade shows and industry events.
Achieve sales and margin targets.

What You'll Bring
Proven BDM, Key Account or National Account experience.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A track record of delivering sales growth.
Experience in machinery, industrial, construction, hire or related industries is highly regarded.
A willingness to travel nationally.
