Job Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise category performance primarily in packaging.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
Conduct market analysis and bench marking to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.




Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
Proven expertise in procurement and category management within the FMCG industry.
Preference for strong packaging background
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research to support decision-making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of contract management and risk mitigation practices.

What's on Offer
Market-market-market-competitive salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 AUD + super.
