KFC is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager – Menu & Innovation in Sydney to shape the future menu and innovation pipeline. You’ll translate customer insights into recent products and bring ideas from concept through to launch, working with Marketing, R&D;, Operations and Insights to deliver exciting menu innovations.

You'll contribute to consumer research programs, test market planning, and prepare materials for stakeholders, while supporting launch readiness and growth prospects for the brand.
