A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Retail, Food, Heath and Education projects is on the lookout for a current Estimator to join the team.

Projects typically include Commercial New Builds, Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater QLD & NSW.

We are looking for a Estimator with Commercial project experience.

The projects range from $550k - $20m
Competitive salary based on experience and expectations.
Office is located in the Hills District.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines.
Report to Operations Manager / Estimating Manager.
Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.




Build recent relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers.
Create pricing schedules and BOQ's.
Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications
Relevant qualifications.
Can demonstrate clear communication
Have experience in preparing comprehensive cost estimates in commercial construction.
Have experience in tender submission; start to finish.
Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Salary Range: $100K - $130K + super
