About You Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a premium Build-to-Rent residential community in Melbourne.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, liaise with in office facilities, marketing and resident experience teams, and drive occupancy and revenue in line with strategy. The role requires a Victoria real estate licence and 3+ years in property management; solid compliance knowledge and CRM proficiency are essential.
