Wellways Australia is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Navigator to support Older Carers in Queensland, including CALD and Indigenous communities. The role, based in Toowoomba, offers a full time, ongoing position within Carer Gateway Services, with the My Aged Care navigation focus and travel to community sites.
You will assist carers to access information and services, work with assessment teams, and require a driver’s licence, IT skills and screening checks.
