EML is seeking a Trauma Informed Claims Advisor based in Sydney to support injured workers on their return-to-work journey. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with claim documentation and collaborate with specialists to deliver timely advice and services.

This full time, permanent role offers work-from-home flexibility after month three, subject to performance. You will join a large, supportive team across a leading workers’ compensation and personal injury claims business.
