Complete Childcare Nurseries Ltd is seeking a senior HR skilled to lead employee relations across our group of 17 nurseries. Based at the Aldermaston head office with travel to settings, you will shape policy, guide managers and lead a small HR team while remaining hands-on.
You will own end-to-end ER casework, ensure compliance with UK employment law and Safer Recruitment, and drive wider projects such as restructures and TUPE, partnering with the executive team on strategic HR initiatives.
