Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is a national dementia support service funded by the Australian Government, led by HammondCare. We are seeking a Dementia Support Coach to deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and advice to clients, carers and care staff across diverse settings.
You will work within HACDSP, applying empathy and coaching to improve outcomes, with a fixed-term contract until June 2028 and a Metro South / Logan base. Travel interstate may be required.
