What You'll Be Doing
Researching businesses and identifying decision-makers
Making outbound calls and sending targeted emails
Prospecting through LinkedIn
Building rapport and starting commercial conversations
Qualifying potential clients and booking meetings
Managing your activity and maintaining CRM records
Working towards daily and weekly performance targets
Who We're Looking For
No previous B2B sales experience is required. You could be a recent graduate, retail or hospitality professional, recruiter,
customer service representative or someone looking for their first commercial opportunity.
Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
Competitive, resilient and hardworking
Coachable and motivated to improve
Comfortable working towards targets
Ambitious and excited by uncapped earning potential
What We Offer
$60,000 AUD base salary plus superannuation
Uncapped commission
Year-one earning potential of $100,000–$120,000+
