ARRCS, operating in Mutitjulu (Uluru) Northern Territory, seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the clinical team at the Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Adaptable Aged Care Facility. The role is FIFO, permanent, full time, with an hourly rate of $55.11–$55.37 gross, and includes substantial bonuses and travel allowances.

You will mentor staff, manage care plans and medication, and support RN shifts to meet operational needs while navigating remote community work.
