Platypus Shoes Canberra Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate casual team under the Area Manager. Your main mission is to drive sales, KPIs and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-volume retail workplace.

You will oversee rosters, stock, visual merchandising and training, while maintaining OH&S; standards and visual standards. You will coach and develop staff and partner with store leadership to identify growth prospects.
