NSW Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join Belmont Hospital as a Facility Flow Coordinator, coordinating patient flow, admissions, transfers and timely discharge planning to ensure right care at the right time.

You will work with nursing, medical, allied health and operational teams, using clinical judgement to respond to changing demand and support protected patient care. Join a cooperative, supportive team.
