Business Manager - Little Haven Palliative Care n

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation's business operations, financial administration, governance systems and compliance requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who enjoys ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities n

MYOB Business and Payroll management
n
Technology support - MS 365 and Sharepoint
n
BAS, IAS and superannuation compliance
n
Monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
n
Grant research, applications and acquittals
n
Compliance registers, policy and procedure review and organisational reporting
n
Fleet, asset and insurance administration
n
Supporting the CEO with strategic projects and organisational priorities
n

About you nn
Demonstrated experience in business management, senior administration or finance administration
n
Robust MYOB Business and MYOB Payroll experience
n
Experience processing payroll and managing payroll compliance




n
Knowledge of BAS, IAS and superannuation obligations
n
Solid financial reporting and reconciliation skills
n
Experience managing grants, funding applications or acquittals
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
The ability to work in a busy team - adaptable and helpful
