Spotlight is hiring for Casual Front of House roles across three CBD venues in Sydney: Grana, Lana, and Martinez. We’re seeking experienced Section Waiters and Food Runners to join our front-of-house teams at Hinchcliff House and Quay Quarter.

Excellent for students or those with adaptable availability. Grana offers warm Italian dining, Lana provides up-to-date Italian with Asian influences, and Martinez features harbour views with Mediterranean vibes.
