InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the restaurant service operation for Shutters Restaurant & Bar, in-room dining, and the pool bar. You will lead a team to deliver a warm, seamless guest experience, manage staffing, and uphold standards across all dining venues.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-end hospitality, solid F&B; knowledge, and a cooperative leadership style.
