Glenhaven Family Care in Launceston is seeking a Team Leader for our Northern region to support the Protected Haven program. The role is permanent, full time and based in the Launceston area, with day shifts and some afternoons, weekends, and sleepovers to meet urgent staffing needs.

You will lead therapeutic trauma-informed care for children and young people, promote a nurturing workplace, and support the management team.
