Full ownership of branch performance and profitability

About you:
Proven experience in branch management,
businessmanagementor senior operational leadership
Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
Strong people leader with a customer-first mindset
Commercially astute,confidentand comfortable with autonomy
Motivated by ownership,impactand long-term success
