About the Role

This role is pivotal in conceptualizing, formulating, and developing new consumer products that meet market demands and align with brand strategies. Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and development for new product formulations and improvements to existing products.
Perform bench-scale formulations, pilot plant trials, and scale-up studies for recent product launches.
Analyze product samples, conduct quality control testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Document all research, experimental procedures, and results meticulously.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.




Stay abreast of new technologies, ingredients, and scientific advancements relevant to FMCG product development.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, preferably within the FMCG industry .
Strong understanding of formulation science, ingredients, and manufacturing processes for consumer goods.
Experience with laboratory equipment, analytical techniques, and quality control procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct thorough scientific research.
