Arete Executive is recruiting for a newly elevated site leadership role in Melbourne's southeast. You will own a busy materials handling and processing site, with volume doubling over the next 12 months, and lead it end-to-end across a seven-day operation.

You'll oversee safety, compliance, logistics, plant, customers, people and the P&L; while guiding a team of around 10 operators and support staff. This is autonomy with accountability in a large ASX-listed workplace.
