Kinetic IT is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our in office IT support team in Australia. The role focuses on desktop hardware/software troubleshooting, end-user support, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver secure, reliable desktop services in a large government setting.

You will manage Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, Cisco, DNS, and security compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.
