Account Executive

Location: New South Wales, Australia.

Reports to: National Account Manager.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, developing current business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and presenting our services
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
Meet or exceed revenue targets by achieving sales goals and managing expenses
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales or account management




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Compensation and benefits:

Base Salary Range: $72,250 - $97,750 AUD

On‑Target Earnings: $144,500 - $195,500 AUD
