Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for our 87-bed Canberra aged care facility in Lyneham. You will share clinical leadership with the Director and mentor the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee data collection, monitor clinical indicators, and contribute to accreditation compliance, while building solid relationships with residents and their families and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
