This role involves face to face customer contact and requires the successful applicant to provide exceptional customer service.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Parts Advising carries out a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, this includes:
Identifying parts and components




Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
Customer advice
Receiving and filling orders for parts
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
Preparing quotes for all workshop vehicles in a timely manner
