Findstaff is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement across the Sydney operation. You will implement lean processes, develop SOPs and embed performance standards while partnering with the General Manager to deliver measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can optimise ERP-based workflows, coach teams, and build a culture of accountability. A robust track record in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
