We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service / Administration Coordinator to support our team in delivering effective and professional service to our clients and trade network.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys managing customer enquiries and coordinating multiple tasks,
and takes pride in delivering exceptional support—particularly within our growing Starlink services division—to both customers and internal teams.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or support role
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
