JJ’s Waste & Recycling in Wagga Wagga is looking for a practical, hands-on Workshop Manager to lead our heavy vehicle workshop with a solid emphasis on safety and compliance, while remaining actively involved on the tools.
You will supervise a small team of mechanics and apprentices, own the maintenance records, and ensure every job is diagnosed, repaired to spec, tested and audit-ready. This role blends leadership with hands-on work on the shop floor.
