What you’ll be doing
End-to-end payroll administration and processing support
Managing employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
Preparing employment contracts, variation letters and other HR documentation
Maintaining accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems
Supporting compliance with awards, employment legislation and company policies
Assisting with reporting, audits and payroll reconciliations
Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and people-related enquiries
