Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Lifesaving Club is seeking a qualified Full time Sous Chef to join our quick-paced team at the beachfront Currumbin venue. You will supervise kitchen staff, manage stock, plan menus and help meet departmental budgets while maintaining high service standards.

Experience in high-volume kitchens is advantageous and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate (HACCP) is required or obtainable.
