Michael Hill is seeking a Payroll Compliance & Rostering Specialist to join the Brisbane Support Centre. You’ll ensure payroll compliance across our three-country retail network and partner with HR and Store Leaders to optimise rostering and minimise risk.

This role covers auditing, reporting, and systems such as ADP Payforce and Dayforce, with versatile WFH/Office arrangements and prospects to influence payroll practices across Australia, Recent Zealand, and Canada.
