We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated and friendly team. As part of our welcoming, rapid paced and dynamic work environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional service to our patients and supporting our healthcare professionals. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate. We are offering a casual role covering sick and annual leave, including some Saturday morning shifts. Willingness to travel to alternative locations is highly regarded.
Key areas of responsibility
Provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone and in person
Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, clinical files, correspondence, and accounts
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Attending to emails
Co-ordinating referrals, test results and other medical reports as required
Liaise with specialists and other healthcare professionals
Management of patient invoicing and receipting
Completion of end of day reconciliation
