You will assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections, work with the team to ensure effective service, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Cookery, knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine, and the ability to work under pressure in a agile team workplace.
